Website Template Customizer lets you enter site details, validate common values, replace placeholders, read compatible uploaded template ZIPs in your browser, generate app icons, and download a static website template ZIP from your browser.

You are responsible for reviewing the generated files, editing the content for your real project, testing the result, and making sure your published site follows applicable laws, platform rules, ad-network rules, affiliate terms, and hosting terms.

Generated ZIP files are starter software and content. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, ad approval, affiliate approval, revenue, legal compliance, or business results.

Review every page, placeholder, disclosure, color, link, policy, and script before publishing. Replace sample contact details, sample domains, sample policies, and any placeholder affiliate URLs with your real information.

Website Template Customizer may recommend Hostinger or another provider with an affiliate link. Affiliate links should be clear, uncloaked, and disclosed near the recommendation. If you buy through an affiliate link, a commission may be earned at no additional cost to you.

You agree not to:

• attack, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the customizer site;
• use the site to distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, deceptive claims, or unlawful content;
• remove disclosures that are legally required for your own published site;
• claim guaranteed income, rankings, traffic, ad approval, or official partnerships without proof;
• use generated files in a way that violates another person's rights or a third-party platform's rules.

The customizer may link to hosting providers, support websites, affiliate programs, documentation, marketplaces, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, prices, eligibility rules, and availability limits.

Website Template Customizer is not responsible for third-party sites, offers, approvals, support, downtime, payment processing, or account decisions.

Website Template Customizer provides starter software, practical documentation, and general publishing guidance. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, advertising, privacy, SEO, accessibility, or business advice.

Website Template Customizer is provided as is and as available. The customizer, docs, scripts, sample policies, generated files, and linked resources may contain errors, omissions, compatibility issues, stale information, downtime, or incomplete guidance.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Website Template Customizer and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, device problems, marketplace issues, hosting issues, ad-network decisions, or affiliate program decisions.

Unless consumer protection law requires otherwise, these terms and disputes related to Website Template Customizer are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

These terms may be updated as the customizer changes. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
